The light curtain is composed of paired photoelectric emitters and receivers, featuring characteristics such as compact size, programmability, high speed, high measurement accuracy, and strong anti-interference capability. It has an intelligent heating function that automatically activates the built-in heated glass defrosting feature when penetration decreases. The vehicle separation is reliable, achieving an accuracy rate of up to 100% in good weather conditions like sunny days, and no less than 99% in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, and fog. It employs optical communication technology to reduce wiring and achieve synchronized scanning between the emitter and receiver. There are four levels of beam strength indication settings for convenient on-site installation and maintenance, along with an RS485 serial communication interface. It features a self-diagnostic function that can automatically detect emitter and receiver failures and lens contamination status, allowing it to operate even in failure conditions while simultaneously providing alarm indications and outputs. Conventional scanning and cross-scanning (1-to-3) modes are selectable and can be set via the RS485 serial port. Both the transmitting and receiving ends are equipped with LED indicators to show operational status and heating functions.
