CET-2002P
Polyurethane Adhesive for Piezo Sensors
YD-2002P is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly cold-curing adhesive used for encapsulating or surface bonding of piezo traffic sensors.
Specifications:
Package Size: 4 kg/set
Usage Instructions:
Mix components A and B thoroughly using an electric drill for 1-2 minutes.
Experimental Data:
YD-2002P is used for encapsulation and may occasionally exhibit sedimentation, especially if stored for a long period or at low temperatures. However, sedimentation can be easily dispersed using an electric drill with a wide blade.

Important Notes:
- Do not repack into smaller samples on-site; the adhesive should be used all at once.
- Laboratory samples can be prepared following precise ratio instructions for testing.
Installation Guide:
1. Sensor Installation Groove Dimensions:
- Recommended groove width: Sensor width +10mm
- Recommended groove depth: Sensor height +15mm
2. Surface Preparation:
- Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from the concrete surface.
- Ensure the concrete surface is dry before application.
3. Adhesive Preparation:
- Mix components A and B with an electric tool for 1-2 minutes. (Mixing time should not exceed 3 minutes.)
- Immediately pour the mixed adhesive into the prepared groove. (Do not leave mixed material in the container for more than 5 minutes.)
- Flow Time: At room temperature, the material remains workable for 8-10 minutes.
