The quartz dynamic weighing system uses a Windows 7 embedded operating system, PC104+ bus expandable bus, and wide temperature range components designed for a dynamic weighing system. The system mainly consists of a, charge amplifier, and IO controller. The system collects data from dynamic weighing sensors (quartz or piezoelectric), inductive loop coils (laser tail detection sensors), axle identification devices, and temperature sensors. It processes this data into complete vehicle information and weighing information, including: axle type, number of axles, axle spacing, number of tires, axle weight, axle group weight, total weight, overload rate, as well as vehicle speed and temperature. It supports external vehicle type identification devices and wheel axle identification devices, automatically matching to form complete vehicle information data with vehicle type identification for uploading or storage.

The system supports multiple sensor modes, with the number of sensors per lane configurable from 2 to 16. The charge amplifier in the system supports input from imported, domestic, and mixed sensors of various specifications. The system supports camera snapshot triggering via IO or network methods, and supports front, front-side, rear, and rear-side snapshot output control.

The system has status detection capabilities, real-time monitoring of main equipment status, automatic repair and information upload in case of anomalies; it has automatic data caching functionality, capable of saving about half a year's worth of vehicle detection data; it has remote monitoring capabilities, supporting remote desktop, Radmin, and other remote operations, as well as remote power reset; the system employs multiple protection measures, including three-level WDT support, FBWF system protection, and system-embedded antivirus software.
